Strengthening member relation

- At Dudhshree Milk Producer Company, strong member relationships form the foundation of our success. Through Village Contact Groups (VCG) and Member Relation Groups (MRG) — comprising active and dedicated women milk producers — we ensure seamless communication between members and the company.
- Regular village-level meetings are organized to listen to farmers’ concerns, understand their challenges, and work together toward practical solutions. These interactions help in resolving grievances, building trust, and promoting a sense of ownership and unity among members.
- Our Institution Building and Producer (IBP) team actively participates in these meetings to facilitate open dialogue and support continuous engagement with our members.
Training & Capacity Building
Continuous learning and capacity building are at the heart of Dudhshree’s mission. We organize a range of training programs to empower our members, strengthen governance, and ensure quality excellence at every level of operation.
Clean Milk Production
Training focuses on maintaining hygiene and quality throughout the milking process — including handwashing before milking, use of clean steel utensils, clean housing, safe drinking water, washing udders before milking, providing green fodder, using disinfectants post-milking, and covering milk during collection.
Women Awareness Program
This program empowers women to recognize their value, dignity, and vital contribution to both family and society. It encourages self-confidence, leadership, and active participation in building a sustainable dairy ecosystem.
Producers Awareness Program
Producers are sensitized about their roles and responsibilities in ensuring milk quality and authenticity, emphasizing the importance of collective accountability and transparency.
BoD Orientation Program
Newly elected Board Members receive structured orientation on company governance — understanding their roles, decision-making responsibilities, board agendas, and company operations — to ensure active and informed participation in board meetings.
VCG Orientation Program
Members who voluntarily join Village Contact Groups (VCGs) receive regular updates on company progress, new initiatives, and best practices. They act as local ambassadors, spreading awareness among fellow producers and fostering unity and growth at the village level.
Sahayak Training
Village-level Sahayaks are trained to manage milk collection centers efficiently, maintain transparency in milk testing and pricing, and ensure that farmers receive accurate payments while upholding milk quality standards.
